Welcome to Clinical tDCS. Increase Cognitive Function and Memory

Dedicate yourself to a higher quality of life!

Transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS), is a  painless brain, non-invasive stimulation treatment that uses mild and direct  current to stimulate specific areas  of the brain. A constant, low intensity current is passed through two electrodes placed over specific areas of the head which modulates neuronal activity increasing cognitive function, relieve depression and increase brain function.

tDCS stands for Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation and is a form of neurostimulation (also known as neuromodulation) where very low levels of continuous current are delivered to specifically targeted areas of the brain, often producing positive and  profound results. It was originally developed to help patients with brain injuries such as strokes, however tests on healthy adults demonstrated that tDCS can increase cognitive performance on a variety of tasks, depending on the area of the brain being stimulated. Scientific studies have shown that tDCS has the ability to enhance language and mathematical ability, attention span, problem solving, memory, and coordination. In addition, tDCS has also been documented as having impressive potential to treat depression, anxiety, PTSD, as well as chronic pain.

Treatments with tDCS has several advantages over other brain stimulation techniques. It is cheap, non-invasive, painless and safe. It is also easy to administer and the equipment is easily portable. The most common side effect of tDCS is a slight itching or tingling on the scalp.

The Human Brain

To really understand tDCS, you must understand the human brain. The brain is the most complex organ in the human body, comprised of an intricate network of BILLIONS of nerve cells, called neurons. These special cells control and react to everything that happens in our bodies. The neurons in your brain communicate to each other using tiny electrical, and chemical impulses called synapses. Electrical synapses, unlike chemical synapses, conduct nerve impulses faster (approximately 10 times faster), causing vital information to pass from neuron to neuron more quickly.  Dr. Charles Frazier is the inventor of our tDCS units. He is not a Medical Doctor nor does he claim to be one. He has years of experience in research and development in the clinical tDCS technology.

Why Choose a Clinical tDCS Neuro Modulator Device?

There are several tDCS devices on the market. However, very few of them deliver the results that they promise. Most of these cheap and readily available tDCS devices sold online lack the clinical certifications and qualifications to meet professional, medical standards.

Clinical tDCS specializes in providing industry standard and  tDCS and neuromodulation devices for pain clinics, addiction rehabilitation facilities, physical therapy clinics, hospitals, and individuals.

Clinical tDCS with neuro modulation therapy has been proven to be especially effective when it comes to depression. tDCS depression therapy and behavioral therapy is rising in popularity because it offers an alternative to traditional medication by being non-invasive, non-ingested.

Our product is intended to supply businesses with a clinical device capable of high-level yet simple therapy.

About us

Drug Addiction

Addiction is a neuropsychiatric disorder that is characterized by compulsive seeking behavior to rewarding stimuli in spite of its adverse consequences, which is associated with an increase in extracellular dopamine concentration. Such behavioral sensitization produces a persistent hyper-responsive state induced by different types of substances such as tobacco, alcohol, food, and addictive drugs. The neurobiological correlates of addiction is known to be related to several areas in the mesocorticolimbic network including the nucleus accumbens, and the ventral tegmental area with the dopaminergic transmission in the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC), orbitofrontal cortex, and anterior cingulate cortex. Neuromodulation is a rapidly growing field of study for treatment of drug addiction.

Cognitive Function, Memory, and Hand-Eye-Coordination

Non-invasive neuromodulatory techniques including tDCS have been shown to improve performance on a variety of cognitive domains. tDCS is a painless stimulation method that delivers subthreshold electrical currents to the brain and manipulates the resting membrane potential of cortical neurons.
depression and anxiety

Depression and Anxiety

Major Depression Disorder (MDD) is usually accompanied by alterations of cortical activity and excitability, especially in prefrontal areas. These are reflections of a dysfunction in a distributed cortico-subcortical, bihemispheric network. Therefore it is reasonable to hypothesize that altering this pathological state with techniques of brain stimulation may offer a therapeutic target. Besides repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation, tonic stimulation with weak direct currents (tDCS) modulates cortical excitability for hours after the end of stimulation, thus, it is a promising non-invasive therapeutic option.
